Job Title: Team Lead (Customer Service)

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Setting targets for both individuals and teams
  • Measuring the performance of both individuals and teams
  • Offering Advisors guidance and feedback
  • Helping to optimise procedures
  • Finding ways to motivate Advisors
  • Ensuring Advisors adhere to company policy, e.g. attendance
  • Updating, and preparing performance reports

Qualification and Requirements

  • A Minimum of First Degree is required
  • A least two years working experience in a betting Industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • understands how to work with MS Excel
  • Should be Proactive
  • Should have worked in the betting industry before and knows how to properly handle Chats, E-mails and Calls while always paying attention to the Customer and understanding the Customer’s needs
  • Understands that they are leading a Team, thus, who has to understand their Team
  • Understands Customer Care and is capable of acquiring Feedback from the Customer’s Needs
  • Capable of Teamwork
  • Capable of Tracking and Making Reports
